While our customer service window continues to be closed due to the ongoing pandemic, it’s our goal to make our customers’ experience as seamless as possible. With this in mind, we offer multiple easy-to-use options that allow you to pay in a safe manner.

In-Person Drop Box
A drop box is located outside of our headquarters at 40 Prince Street. Payments may also be made at the Town Treasurer’s Office in the Homer Building, 19 Homer Street. Please see the maps below for drop box locations. We are strongly advising against cash payments at this time as a way to cut down on the spread of the Coronavirus. If you plan to make a cash payment via drop box, please call ahead to (617) 993-2800 to notify us.
