Low-Interest Home Energy Loan Program
Mass Housing and the Massachusetts Community Climate Bank are running the Energy Saver Home Loan Program (ESHLP). There is $20 million available in funds for low-interest (0.5-2.0%) loans to support home energy projects. Low-to-moderate income homeowners are eligible for loans up to $100,000 in support of projects that help meet a 20% reduction in home energy usage.
An Energy Service Provider (ESP) will guide you through the process and will help identify all federal, state, and local incentives that your project may be eligible for as well.
