Biennial Customer Survey Kicks Off Wednesday, June 19th

On Wednesday, June 19th, Belmont Light will kick off a customer survey through our partner, GreatBlue Research, Inc. Belmont Light conducts a customer survey every other year in order to gauge the customer experience and inform the direction of our energy programming and communication strategy.

GreatBlue Research will conduct a phone interview poll, followed by an online and email poll beginning on June 19th and continuing for approximately two weeks.
