Customer Satisfaction Survey 2021 Underway

Belmont Light’s biannual Customer Satisfaction Survey is now underway, with support from our partner, GreatBlue Research, Inc. of Glastonbury, CT. GreatBlue will be calling customers beginning on Monday, May 17, to conduct an approximately 10-minute phone call survey.

This is our fourth biannual survey with GreatBlue and the results are always invaluable to Belmont Light in planning for customer programming, determining best practices, and making improvements suggested by respondents. You can find the results of past surveys by clicking here.
