$100 REBATE FOR YOUR LEVEL 2 AT-HOME CHARGER
Belmont residents with an eligible, permanently installed, network- and/or telematics-enabled Level 2 electric vehicle charger (240V) may be eligible for a $100 rebate. Eligible equipment includes*:
Application Process (if NOT applying for Connected Homes)
- Submit a rebate application through our Online Rebate Portal. There is a lifetime limit of two (2) charger rebates per service address.

Additional $250 REBATE FOR EV-CHARGERS when coupled with enrollment of an eligible* EV charger or EV in CONNECTED HOMES
Belmont Light is offering an additional $250 rebate for hardwired Level 2 Wi-Fi enabled charging equipment installation when proof of enrollment of an eligible EV charger or EV in the Connected Homes is provided as part of the EV charger application.
Eligible manufacturers include:
- ChargePoint
- Emporia
- *(certain electric vehicles may enroll directly rather than through the charger – see Connected Homes page)

Connected Homes Incentive
Your EV Charger or Electric Vehicle may receive up to a $120 on bill credit ($30 paid quarterly), for charging your vehicle in off peak periods, when the grid is constrained. No more than 170 hours of peak events will be called during a year, with most months having 5-6 peak events called.
